Just got done reading all of the Sherlock Homles books! Woo! I wanted to be done before season three ended, but alas, no such luck. However, I can be glad that I read them all before season four starts...whenever that is. So this will be a mega post about the books and the show. Since they are basically all I've emerged myself in lately.

Today's ep of My LIfe is A Sitcom: My sister and I attempt to go to the doctors. Hilarity enuses.

The hospital is at the top of seven hills. And we have to hike all the way up them. This is the opposite of fun. It was raining before, so we grabbed our umbrellas and headed out.

Please explain why it is, that when you are sick as all hell and you can only go about, three sentences before delving into a cough that sounds like a mating call of a goose, that that is the exact time that people just have come and talk to you?

Just cleared out all the stuff in our front yard, brought it all inside. I can't believe we're about to get a hurricane. It's been forever since the last one, and I was a kid then, so I barely remember it.
I'm hoping that it's like Earl was last year and doesn't do much of anything, but all the weather reports have crapped all over that hope.

Yesterday was actually nice. It was warm-ish and everything! Some of the snow melted and these strange green blades could be seen all over the yard. I hear that some people call it "grass". But I scoff. Grass? What is that?  ;p

I don't believe that a "psychic" roden" can preditct the weather, BUT, if Spring does come early this year, I may just run ( Read more... )
